Office of Transit & Destination Support

Border-office coordination from the first transit point to final discharge.

Most providers stop at lodgement. We follow the movement through every customs checkpoint between departure and destination. The Office of Transit is the customs office where the goods first enter a new customs territory en route — for UK exports through France this is typically the entry point on the EU side. The Office of Destination is the office where the movement formally ends and the T1 is discharged. We coordinate with both: confirming arrival at the office of transit, ensuring the destination office has the data it needs to discharge promptly, and resolving mismatches before they become a guarantee call. For Turkish exporters routing through Bulgaria or Romania, this border-side coordination is often the difference between a clean weekly run and a chronic discharge backlog.

Frequently asked

Do you cover Common Transit Convention countries outside the EU?

Yes — including Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine and the UK itself.

What if the goods change destination mid-route?

We can amend the destination office on NCTS while the movement is open, subject to HMRC and the new destination accepting the change.
