MRN Tracking & Discharge

Active monitoring until the office of destination closes the movement.

An open T1 is a financial liability. If the goods do not arrive at the office of destination and the movement is not discharged in time, the customs guarantee is called and duties and taxes become payable. We treat MRN tracking as a daily-driven service, not a passive ticket queue. Once a T1 is lodged we monitor its NCTS status against the route and expected timing, chase the destination office for arrival notifications when needed, push back when a discharge is recorded against the wrong reference, and escalate before the deadline rather than after. You receive a clean discharge confirmation per movement so your audit trail and your guarantee position stay clean.

Frequently asked

How long does the office of destination usually take to discharge?

Most movements discharge within 24–72 hours of arrival. Anything beyond that is followed up actively rather than left to time out.

What happens if a movement is not discharged in time?

The guarantee is called and duties and taxes become payable. Our active follow-up is designed to catch the issue before that happens.
