Direct electronic filing on the UK New Computerised Transit System.

The New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) is the HMRC platform that all UK transit declarations must pass through. Filing into it correctly the first time is what separates a 30-minute T1 from a half-day rework. Our team is set up as a registered NCTS user, files the declaration directly into the system, and resolves messages and queries against your reference rather than asking you to interpret them. This service is available standalone for shippers and forwarders who already prepare their own data and only need a clean lodgement, or as part of the full T1 service. Either way, you receive the MRN, the TAD and a status feed against your reference until the movement is closed.

Can I keep using my own NCTS account?

Yes — if you prefer to file under your own EORI we can advise on data preparation and only step in for queries. Most clients find it simpler to delegate the lodgement entirely.

Is NCTS available outside UK office hours?

Yes. NCTS is online 24/7 and so is our submission service.
